QUOTA_EXCEEDED

HTTP 429 with next_step=upgrade (or sign_in for anonymous credit-eval). Your daily quota for the workspace has been consumed.

What it means

Two error codes share this page because they have the same remediation:

QUOTA_EXCEEDED: workspace-level extraction quota used up for the day.
CREDIT_EVAL_DAILY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED / CREDIT_EVAL_USER_DAILY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: credit-evaluation calls capped per anonymous IP / signed-in account.

How to fix

Wait for UTC midnight; quotas reset on a calendar day boundary.
If you can't wait, upgrade your plan or, for credit-eval, sign in to access the higher signed-in cap.
If the quota cap looks wrong for your contract, surface the request_id to support so we can audit your org_billing_entitlements row.
