SNAPSHOT_UNAVAILABLE

HTTP 503 with next_step=retry. The gate could not bind an active governance snapshot.

What it means

Core API could not load workspace context or the active governance_config_snapshots row. The gate fails closed — no policy scan runs without a bound snapshot.

How to fix

  1. Retry after Retry-After seconds (transient DB or deploy blip).
  2. Confirm your workspace has published policy config in the dashboard Policy Studio.
  3. If the error persists, send request_id from the response to support.
