Enterprise Shield
The only AI governance platform
that stands behind its verdicts.
When DataVibe clears an AI output and that output later triggers a regulatory enforcement action, Enterprise Shield provides financial indemnification. Not a promise — a written contract with a documented audit trail that proves the gate worked as designed. Governance + human oversight + immutable evidence + indemnification is the full stack competitors cannot replicate with detection alone.
Governance architecture · EU AI Act compliance
No other AI guardrails platform offers financial backstop for compliance incidents. Most platforms disclaim all liability. We don't.
What Enterprise Shield covers
Coverage applies to regulatory enforcement actions that arise from AI outputs DataVibe evaluated, cleared, and logged — with an active Enterprise plan at the time of the incident.
🏥
HIPAA enforcement actions
If a PHI disclosure that DataVibe's gate cleared triggers an OCR investigation, Enterprise Shield covers documented legal defense and fine contribution costs.
📈
FINRA / SEC findings
Investment advice claims that passed DataVibe governance review and later trigger a FINRA or SEC enforcement action are covered up to the plan cap.
🇪🇺
EU AI Act regulatory fines
High-risk AI operator violations arising from outputs that DataVibe cleared and logged are eligible for contribution toward fine costs.
⚖️
GDPR data protection findings
PHI/PII that DataVibe's gate redacted or approved, which later results in a supervisory authority enforcement action, is covered by the GDPR indemnification layer.
Claims flow
Enterprise customers file claims in the dashboard. DataVibe assembles the audit chain — governance snapshot, policy verdict, reviewer identity, and timestamps — before indemnification review.

How it works
Every output is governed
DataVibe evaluates every AI output before it reaches a customer. If your policy is configured and the output cleared the gate, you have a documented record.
Incident occurs — file a claim
Submit the incident summary, the regulation cited, the regulator reference, and the gate submission IDs that were in scope. DataVibe assembles the evidence package.
Evidence review
DataVibe reviews the audit chain: which governance snapshot was active, what the policy verdict was, who reviewed it, when, and with what reasoning.
Resolution
If the claim is valid — the output cleared a correctly-configured gate — DataVibe contributes to documented legal defense and fine costs up to the plan cap.
Prerequisites for coverage
- Active DataVibe Enterprise plan at the time of the incident.
- The AI output in question was routed through
POST /v1/gate/outboundand received a governance verdict. - A governance config snapshot was bound to the workspace at evaluation time.
- The gate configuration was not intentionally misconfigured to bypass coverage rules.
- Claim is filed within 90 days of the enforcement action becoming known.
The audit chain is your proof
Every gate submission is cryptographically linked to the governance config snapshot that evaluated it. The reviewer identity, approval timestamp, and policy verdict are stored in an immutable audit log. When you file a claim, DataVibe assembles a signed evidence package from this chain — the same package your regulator would need to see.
