1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the DataVibe Terms of Service. It defines activities that are prohibited or restricted when using the Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or referral to authorities where required by law.
2. No unlawful or harmful use
You must not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including:
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or other code intended to harm systems or data;
- Unauthorized access to third-party systems, credential stuffing, or bypassing technical controls;
- Harassment, threats, or distribution of illegal content.
3. Network and platform abuse
You must not:
- Probe, scan, or attack DataVibe infrastructure or other tenants;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, billing, or authentication;
- Run cryptocurrency mining, spam relays, or bulk unsolicited messaging through the Service;
- Overload shared infrastructure in a way that degrades service for others (noisy-neighbor abuse).
4. Data you may not process
Unless expressly agreed in writing (including a signed DPA where required), you must not submit special categories of personal data under GDPR Article 9, government-issued identifiers used for authentication without proper legal basis, or highly regulated data classes for which DataVibe has not implemented controls.
5. Intellectual property
You must not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights, scrape or redistribute DataVibe proprietary materials without permission, or misrepresent affiliation with DataVibe.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, request information, throttle or suspend accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. Where practicable, we will provide notice before suspension except when immediate action is required to protect the platform or comply with law.
