Two integration modes. Pick whichever fits your operators.

DataVibe enforces the same policy engine and audit trail across both modes. You can also run them side by side — for example, dashboard mode for support agents and API mode for automated AI SDR pipelines.

Mode A — Embedded API

Silent governance

Your AI calls POST /v1/gate/outbound. The gate scans, optionally holds, and dispatches via the provider you connect. Approvals happen in Slack, email, or a webhook you control.

Best for teams with existing engineering operators.
No UI for end users; everything is API and webhook.
Use cases: automated AI SDR, agent tool calls, batch generation.

Mode B — Dashboard

Human-in-the-loop UI

Submit payloads to the gate, then review them in the DataVibe dashboard. Single approver or queue mode. Each decision posts to your audit log and dispatches immediately.

Best for compliance, marketing, and support operators.
No engineering work after the initial API hook-up.
Use cases: marketing copy review, support reply gating, exec approval.
